Create a local note that describes a transfer status you want to remember—labels, timestamps, and short remarks you choose. Nothing here moves money or initiates a transfer.

Organise related notes in order. Connecting entries helps you reconstruct how a status progressed across the moments you recorded.

Review and annotate
Open earlier notes, add clarifying remarks, and mark items as reviewed when you have finished checking them against your own records.

Use analytical summaries to see which notes remain open and which are archived. Summaries support planning your review time—not investment decisions.
